Rebecca Adams serves as a Field Supervisor for Lake Valley EMS formerly known as Greater Amsterdam Volunteer Ambulance Corps (GAVAC).

Adams has more than 20 years of experience in the emergency services field beginning her career joining her local fire department and volunteering at GAVAC in 2002. In 2019, Adams successfully passed SUNY Cobleskill’s Paramedic program. During her time at GAVAC, Adams has grown not only as a provider, but as a leader serving as Field Supervisor for the company. Currently Adams also serves her local fire department as EMS Captain. Along with her husband, she also serves Montgomery County as an EMS Coordinator.
